(...) It is a Pauillac’s wine, made from cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot; the proportions vary depending according to the vintage. The label of this wine was inspired by a Jean Carlu’s drawing, who drafted the label for the Grand Vin in 1924. Le Petit Mouton de Rothschild is very expressive, offering a nice preserving potential, from 8 to 15 years in general, even 15 to 20 years for outstanding vintages.
