Since 1911, the vineyards of Bordeaux have strictly been defined in the area of Gironde. It is separated into 2 regions: the right and left side. The wines of Bordeaux perfectly get with the typical cooking of Bordeaux: Ceps of Bordeaux, oysters, foie gras, lamb from Pauillac and caviar from the Gironde.
